Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every piece is made after you order, so delivery time is making time plus courier time. Here is what to expect.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. If your pincode isn't serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you before dispatch.

2. How long it takes

Fabric by the metre — cut and dispatched in 1–2 working days.
Ready-to-wear blouses — made to order and dispatched in 7–10 days.
Custom-stitched orders — 10–14 days once measurements and design are confirmed. Bridal work may take longer; we will tell you the date when we confirm the order.
Courier transit — usually 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

3. Shipping charges

Every order carries a flat ₹150 shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. We email you the tracking details when your order leaves the studio.

5. Delays and damaged parcels

We will tell you if your order will be later than promised. If a parcel arrives damaged or opened, please note it with the courier and write to us within 48 hours — see our refund & cancellation policy. Questions about a delivery: aksharaclothingonline@gmail.com.
